Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at discordguildstags.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). The site is an independent, community-run directory of Discord servers that display guild tags. You can reach us at webovky80@gmail.com about anything in this policy.

We want to be direct about this, because it covers most of what people worry about:

• No accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or user profile on this site.
• No Discord authentication. We never ask you to connect a Discord account and never receive an OAuth token, your Discord identity, or your server memberships.
• No private server data. We do not read or store messages, channels, member lists, or anything behind an invite gate.
• No selling of data. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

• Directory listings. Publicly visible Discord server information — server name, public guild ID, guild tag and badge, public member count and invite link. This is server information, not personal information about you as a visitor.
• Submissions you send us. If you submit a server or email us, we receive what you choose to send (such as an invite link, a server name and your email address) and keep it only as long as needed to action the request.
• Search terms you type. Searches and filters run against data already loaded in your browser and are not stored on our servers as a personal record.
• Standard technical logs. Our hosting provider processes ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for security, abuse prevention and reliability. These are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and it does not require cookies to browse the directory. Cookies may be set by the third-party services described below.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using this site, though it may affect how third-party ads are selected.

We use third-party advertising to keep this directory free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie and similar identifiers to personalise the ads shown to you.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Opting out does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant to you.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising from many other vendors at aboutads.info/choices or the NAI opt-out page.
• Third-party ad networks may place and read their own cookies. We do not control those cookies, and their use is governed by each vendor's own privacy policy — see how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

• Hosting and delivery. The site is served through a commercial hosting provider that processes technical request data on our behalf to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Google AdSense. Serves advertising, as described above.
• Discord invite links. Clicking a Join button sends you to discord.gg, at which point Discord's own privacy policy applies. We receive nothing back about what you do there.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal data about visitors, most requests concern a server listing or an email you sent us.

If you own or administer a listed server and want it removed, email us from an address you can verify against the server, or contact us with enough detail to confirm ownership. We honour verified removal requests. See the contact page for what to include.

Discord requires users to be at least 13 years old, and this site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves or as advertising requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected there.
