Contact us
Questions, corrections, listing submissions and removal requests are all welcome. We read everything that comes in and reply as quickly as we can.
Email us
The fastest way to reach us. We aim to reply within a few days.
Submitting a server
The quickest route is the add your server form on the homepage. If you would rather email, include:
- The server name and its guild ID.
- The guild tag it currently displays.
- A permanent (non-expiring) invite link.
- Confirmation that you own or administer the server.
Submissions are reviewed before they go live, and accepted servers usually appear within about 24 hours.
Removing a listing
We honour removal requests from verified server owners and administrators. To help us confirm ownership quickly, email us with the server name and guild ID, and send it from an address connected to the server or include another detail that demonstrates you administer it.
Once verified, we remove the listing on our next update pass. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle the request itself.
Reporting an error
If a tag, name, member count or invite link is wrong, let us know which server it concerns and what the correct value should be. Because listings are rebuilt from public data daily, some errors resolve themselves on the next refresh — but tell us anyway so we can check.
Reporting harmful content
We do not operate the communities we list. If a listed server is distributing illegal content, malware or phishing links, report it to us with the server name and guild ID and we will remove the listing. Serious violations should also be reported directly to Discord Trust & Safety, who can act on the server itself.
Before you write
Most common questions — how tags work, eligibility requirements, character limits, how to claim a tag — are already answered on the FAQ and in the step-by-step guide. Checking there first will usually get you an answer immediately.
